Taylored Kite Repairs will only repair damage that has been clearly noted on the repair description form, which is to be sent with the kite.

All noted kite repairs will be done within 48 hours of receiving the kite.*

Full payment must be received before the kite is shipped back to the owner.

Taylored Kite Repairs is not responsible for any loss or damage to your kite or accessories during shipping, collection, drop-off, or while in the hands of a third party.

Taylored Kite Repairs is not responsible for any delays that are caused by a third party, for example during shipping or if waiting for extra parts.

Repaired kites that are not paid for within 6 months of being repaired will become property of Taylored Kite Repairs.


* Kite repairs may take longer if extra parts are needed - this may be the case for bladder repairs. You will be informed if the kite will take longer than 48 hours.
