• 1. Get a quote; Call or email me for a quote, if you are able to send me photos of the damage I will be able to give you a more accurate estimate of the cost.


• 2. Paperwork; Complete this repair form and print it out.


• 3. Post; Package the kite along with the repair form and post it to us. We recommend using www.interparcel.com. 


• 4. Repair; Price quote will be confirmed and your kite will be repaired within 48hrs*


• 5. Payment; Payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.


• 6. Homecoming; We will send the kite back to you using UPS 24hr service, enabling you to get you back on the water!
